Absolutely LOVED this one. Camille didn’t just play chess—she played the whole room. Grace under pressure, intelligence in silence, and a checkmate that spoke louder than a thousand words. A powerful reminder: never underestimate quiet strength.

This film deserves way more recognition, it's a hidden gem.

The heart of a mother is so powerful 😢
I cried all through the movie.
I recommend it.

@cristinadavid-block345

So dramatic that I couldn’t help but cry. So very tough decisions to make. Well acted by everyone. Thank you for the upload

@EdelweisSusie

10/10. I watched this film about 15 years ago and from what I remember it was a well acted film, worth a watch. In fact anything starring Dina Meyer is worth tuning in to - what a class act.

@Lolacocolala

This movie carries a powerful message, the vulnerable ones who always pay the price and suffer the most

@sadysellis2314

This movie reminded me of my life. I was sold too. When I was only 12, I never found my real family. I only know I was born in Syria, and I grew up in Cuba

@lovetastewart9177

A fantastic movie the actors and actress did fantastic job❤

@ManagerStories1

The clarity became blurred👀

@makomamphephu

wow" i cried all the way, the emotions and experiences of this movie are so touchy, this story shows that a mother can go all out for her children even if its death. 😇😇

Who's watching now from Lagos Nigeria ❤

@berry3995

After all his opposition,I don’t think Omar would willing sit at a table with the adoptive mother at the end.

@auroraz_xo

This movie was full of tears and pain! The ending didn’t show which mom survived but I believe Claridad’s biological mother. From watching this movie I think Malcom (the father who raised Claridad, was the same man that rapped Carmen). The movie could’ve been written better if there was more info towards the end. Either way, the message was powerful: A mother’s love never dies and will come back and kill you when chance is given!

@joycetaylor3036

Best movie I have seen in a very long time!

Whatever happened will always be a mystery. This will keep me up at night for many nights to come.

@florenceoknudaye6927

Great movie!
The ending is clear.
Carmen died after the kidney transplant.
Sharon killed her husband. At the end both families came together .
Omar and Sharon kept the family together.
The movie was well thought out , very much balanced.

Every true mom will do what Carmen did for her child, whether she raised her or not.

The reaction from Omar as a step dad is also real, he objected, pointing Carmen to the fact that she has 3 sons with him, forgetting that Maggie is also Carmen's daughter😅.

Sharon on the other hand claimed to love Maggie but didn't want to pay any price to keep her alive , but she was eventually forced to make a decision and she did make a good one.

The movie clearly stated the daily oppression of the masses by the rich.

Bravo to the team that fixed this great movie together🎉
