I cant help but notice the icon indicator. Nice touch to see old icon with face on to show the state. Reminds me of old classic doom
The first thing you notice in this game is your footsteps.😮 The force going into them, the raw strength you can literally feel coursing through the Slayer, and the rage fueling every step he takes. You truly feel like a tank in this game and even the gun sfx sound louder and angrier in this game. God it’s so cool.
A cool detail that you immediately notice is that they added an icon at the bottom in the middle with Doomguy's face instead of the standard HP and armor bar. This is very cool especially when you can put his classic face from original games.

33:32 this could be seen as maybe Davoths influence on the slayer, slowly ensuring the buildup of his rage towards the Maykers can break the hold they have on him. The mark of the beast is both Davoths and the Slayers mark after all
One of the best walkthrough of the game we've seen. No need to rush whatsoever. Wiping out most enemies and finding out any secrets and collectibles. Fantasmhwesome...!!!
The speed that he moves and the length and sound of each step makes him seem like a dinosaur. A damn t-rex!
Is not release or deploy the slayer, they straigh up launch him like a fucking space weapon, like his a railgun from heaven to whatever unholy on the surface, and that's cool as fuck.
I like how the sentinels have basic dragons while doomguy has the premium dragon
I like how the game is a lot more narrative driven than the previous ones. Still makes me wonder how we haven't gotten a DOOM movie like this...
Appreciate what felt like a Godzilla reference - dragon holding demon's jaws open, and unleashing breath weapon down the throat.. :O

I don't mean to be negative here but the emptiness of Mick Gordon's composition upon Doom's soundtracks in this game is very very noticeable.
I was really hoping to see how this ties into Doom 2016 and the Praetor suit... perhaps in a DLC? Eternal's storyline was only really complete with the 2 DLCs
I dunno if anyone noticed this, but I noticed they brought back the old face emote depending on your HP like old doom, nice touch.
Me constantly through the video 'PLEASE USE YOUR SHIELD' -- 'WHY YOU AIN'T MOVIN!?' 'THIS HURTS' 'BRUH HOWD YOU NOT DIE WITH THAT?' - 'DON'T STAND STILL!!' 'THIS IS PAINFUL TO WATCH' - as a very avid doom enjoyer/player who plays Ultra-Nightmare and dies a lot in it but still games it out- this hurts
