To all the kiddies in the comments saying "I wish I was around in 80's" or that you were born in the wrong decade.... No! You were born in the right decade! You're the ones who are going to continue listening to this in the future and keeping the good music alive!

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. My buddy's sister was a waitress at the Country Club in Reseda, where Poison played all the time, and she "dated" Brett for a while. I got to see them at the beginning and it was awesome. Everyone used to spray silly string all over the place aqnd you would be covered with it by the end of the show. I was only 14 at the time and was immediately hooked. I started playing guitar and spent most of my teen years and 20's playing in bands and hangin at the Sunset Strip. It was a truly magical time that I will never forget! Poison really captures the spirit of what was happening back then.
