As a southerner, I love when they describe the food as “lovely” and “nice”. That barbecue has never felt so classy! 😂😂

@crazymeparty3

The kid saying “that’s lovely” every time he eats the brisket is so precious lol he’s in heaven

@jmin8573

I love the kid who said he doesn't like pickles but put them on his sandwich anyway because "he's along for the ride" what a GREAT attitude! To keep trying something you don't like, just to see if maybe this time it will be better. That's nice.

@oskar6661

While we have a lot of localized "American" dishes, I'd have to say - on an international level - Southern barbeque and its fixins are probably "the" national cuisine of America. While we have cheesesteaks, New York pizza, tex-mex, lobster rolls, etc. etc. etc...I think Souther barbeque and its associated comfort foods are really the most identifiable, sought-after foodstuffs here.

@seal869

Texan here. I never feel more patriotic than when I watch foreigners enjoy our greatest export. Tears in my eyes. I’ll be playing this video on loop this Fourth of July.

@joecool2125

Houstonian here. Had colleagues from different European countries attend a work conference in the Houston area. I took the 5 of them to different local restaurants for Tex-Mex, seafood/steak, and BBQ. They collectively agreed that the BBQ was the best thing they’d ever eaten. We had dinner at different BBQ joints for the next 3 nights. Word got out in our EU office and I became the unofficial dinner host for my remaining time with the company. It’s almost unbelievable that I made lifelong friends over dinner at local BBQ restaurants. Good times. Great memories.

@glorysun84

I will forever love this headmaster. You really need to bring him to Texas next time and let him experience the BBQ down in Austin.

@Corey-m3e

My dad was so dedicated to brisket that he spent 6 mounths reaserching how to make it the best, and when he made what we now call the nick special ( his brisket, pork belly burntends, and mased potatoes) our friends can smell it and know that it means its time have a " random get-together ". So when he heard what these kids started to say about brisket he started to get MAD like red in the face MAD

@joel4212

Southerner here. You have no idea how much we love seeing people eat our food and love it.

@monnyonle

As a European living in Houston, I can tell that Texas BBQ is a real life changing experience. I had the same reaction at the first time. I've traveled half of the world, but the stakes, ribs and briskets are just simple superior here.

@harrycolonicjr.2397

We need an entire series where the headmaster tours the USA

@mistahkrazy805

This school must have some of the most well behaved students because I feel like part of getting to be in the room has a lot to do with how well they do academically, but also socially amongst their peers.

@Angryyankeefan3

I can only imagine the look on their parent’s faces when they come home from school and ask for brisket for dinner. You guys must be giving their parents head aches 🤣

@tedtamada

There is nothing better than watching these kids eat Texas BBQ. It makes me so happy.

@jasmineblocker103

The headmaster though. His face is looking like he's re-thinking some life decisions... He's booking a ticket to Texas as we speak. 😂

@ninawest88

Louisiana Creole, Cajun and soul food would blow their mind😜😋😁

@spunkiepanda

Bring the headmaster to America, we love him

@benbrassard4974

“I don’t even think I can eat food here anymore” So funny, it’s priceless!

@ExploreWashington

10:45 “I don’t even think I can eat food here anymore” 😩🤣🤙 kid caught a taste of that bald eagle 🦅
