Straight bar curls heavy is all you need for biceps. Think about everything else that’s contracted wasting energy during this lift. This variation is so stupid lmao. Stick to the basics people. Legs crossed on top of it 😂 why even waste time and energy in the gym doing those flimsy reps that weren’t challenging you at all? I highly suggest you research Mike mentzer and high intensity training.
