Tim, your presence alone is healing and empowering. God bless your service!

@vanessaluckey1

Just realized tonight that we have been in trauma recovery for 15 years. Still more room to heal.

@landline51

I still wonder who I could be without trauma.

@Evelyne888

Still looking for safe people πŸ™

@Jamie-jd2uq

You share such a deep and wide perspective about human behaviors and patterns. I find your lectures so validating and it helps solidify a peace of mind. I appreciate how you always incorporate your research into your teachings. Thank you for making this accessible to SO many. I greatly appreciate your work! Thank you! πŸ’—πŸ’•

@anitacooke3069

I have gone through various stages of recovery and sometimes I am just tired of β€œworking on myself β€œ it seems like a never ending story. Sometimes it feels much better and freeing to just let it go and focus on other things than how traumatized I am.
Just live life for a while and see what happens.

@jeankipper6954

Still stuck in the overwhelming pain, it's so difficult to see any way out. Incredibly helpful to know that there is a way out. Thank you so much. Exceedingly helpful, thanks so much.

Truly growth and healing is slowly happening. Like watching trees grow. Sigh.

Bless you, this helps so much.

@becbell4913

Thankyou so much, Tim!! Thankyou for the last bit. I struggle with finding what I'm good at, so those pillars really helped me remember what's most important. So grateful for your wisdom xx

@billmiller9145

Brene Brown was one of my best teachers as I did the deep dive into my trauma.

Here's To The Past Present & Furture Versions Of Us

@cynthiabrown5468

This is a powerful video. As I sat and asked why I grew internally, but my siblings didn't, I finally saw this question addressed. I'll be buying Dr. Edith's book. No therapist has gone down this road, nor has therapy been helpful, but now I have some resources, FINALLY.

@averynevitt6874

This is SO HOPEFUL!
I could listen to this daily.

Thank you Tim FletcherπŸ™

@michaelbeard7502

Thank you for this video. I found it very helpful. It put quite things into perspective πŸ™πŸŒž

@South_Heat

This made me cry…in a good way. Kind of. ❀

@MollyWinter

This mirrors my own experience so well, and I only started recognizing my own trauma within the past year. It has been an extremely painful process, but I'm finally realizing so many of the benefits you discussed. There is so much healing and growth ahead of me, but I'm committed to it.

@mysterfrederick734

Thank you for this, sir. I have experienced this in my life.

@jan1cem

One day ill come back here and tell you that I've reached the other side of this story of what Tim is saying at the last part of this video. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
