He's a really good lawyer.
Moral of the story: Don't be on the opposite end of a lawsuit with your tailor, if you want to retain their services.
Matt literally BREATHED and won
"No, because I hate you now" Reasonable response
Omniman said it best, "Never piss off your tailor"
Daredevil and Matt are the epitome of what the fans feel about the show
Matt Is late Makes great joke on entry Sits down Immediately wins
It’s so ironic that the main character of this show is supposed to be a badass lawyer, but the only time we see competent lawyering is when a character from another show visits and plays the opposing side…
Its interesting that when Daredevil shows up the show feels completely different (still upbeat and "colorful" like most recent MCU projects) but you can tell they REALLY tried to do everything the way DD should be. Lawyering with DD here is vastly different than the way She Hulk does it throughout the show. They really should have made She Hulk like Better Call Saul, full on lawyering with comedy mixed in not the other way around
The only time this show actually showed a good lawyer in a good courtroom scene
The only episode where the litigation actually made sense
If she-hulk was a courtroom comedy with Jen taking cases for hero’s. If this show had good writers Jen and Bruce could’ve had a real conversation about the sources of their anger and relate to each other. This could’ve been the first time Jen found out how bad Bruce’s abuse was and showed her that rage can come from anywhere and everywhere but at the end of the day the destruction is still the same
"no because I hate you now"😂😂😂
“No but I would like you to” lmao Jennifer was like oh for fucks sake.
wow, they litterly got him to say word for word "i hate you now"
matt has a great sense of humor
She was just doing her job, but we all know you're not winning in a court case against Daredevil
Jennifer just got humble by Matt, love it!
FIguring out that your client has not followed instructions on the device he wants to sue his provider for is one of the things you definitely should do BEFORE you go to court unless you want to make a huge ass out of yourself.
