For Filipinos Monggo Beans usually being cooked as a dish, in other countries like here in Singapore it is usually made for dessert. But this time I'll cook it as a dish. It is Ginisang Monggo with Spinach and Chicharon. Easy yet delicoious😋

INGREDIENTS 🧑🏻‍🍳
500 grams Monngo or Mung Beans
5 grams Spinach Leaves
50 grams Chicharon
50 grams Dilis
100 grams Pork Fats
150 grams Leftover Ham😉
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 sliced Tomato
Garlic, Onion and Siling Labuyo
Black Ground Pepper & Water
Pork Cube Seasoning - Optional
