In today’s video, we follow a complex and well-coordinated effort to load, transport, and unload two massive Terex TR60 dumpers. These machines, essential for large-scale material hauling in mining and quarry operations, don’t move easily—and relocating them is no small task. With the help of a skilled crew and a lineup of heavy equipment, including a Caterpillar D7R bulldozer and a Caterpillar hydraulic excavator, we navigated every step of the process with precision.

Step One: Getting the First Terex TR60 Ready
The operation began with the first Terex TR60, which needed assistance even before being loaded. Due to its massive size and weight—

—moving it onto a trailer was a major challenge. The Caterpillar D7R bulldozer was brought in to pull and align the dumper into a more favorable position for loading.

Step Two: Trailer Setup and First Loading
With the help of a hydraulic trailer, the transport service crew prepared the platform to receive the dumper. This specialized trailer is designed for oversized loads, featuring a low profile and reinforced support structure.

After positioning, the Caterpillar excavator provided an additional assist—carefully pulling the Terex TR60 onto the trailer bed using chains and controlled hydraulic force. Every step of the loading was overseen by experienced crew members, ensuring proper alignment and secure tie-downs.

Step Three: Arrival and Offloading
Upon arriving at the destination site, the team disconnected the trailer from the truck and brought the Caterpillar D7R back into action. The bulldozer pulled the trailer into the final offloading position.
Once disassembled from the trailer, the D7R again assisted in pulling the Terex dumper off the platform and into its new operational zone. The combination of careful coordination and machine power made the complex offloading safe and effective.

Step Four: Repeating for Dumper #2
With the first TR60 successfully relocated, the crew repeated the entire operation for the second Terex dumper. Each phase—positioning, pulling, loading, transporting, unloading—was carried out with the same attention to detail and safety, ensuring both machines were moved without incident.
